Business Service Scope:
Welsen formulates enterprise application or response plans in accordance with regulations and policies of industry and commerce, finance and taxation, customs, foreign exchange administration, etc., and based on the specific conditions of enterprises:1、Investment and Financing Consulting: In light of enterprises' actual needs and laws and regulations, assist enterprises in making correct choices of enterprise forms; design enterprise shareholding structures; draft investment agreements, contracts, articles of association and other important economic documents; conduct investment environment evaluations; carry out feasibility studies and analyses of investment plans; write business plans; plan early-stage implementation schemes; and design plans for company restructuring, reorganization, acquisition, merger and liquidation.
