He is responsible for Welsen’s businesses including state-owned enterprise and government audits, internal control consulting, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He was an early researcher in the firm on the audit of venture capital companies. The major audit projects he has led include the annual report audit of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., the annual report and medium-term note issuance audit of Suzhou Industrial Park State-owned Assets Holding and Development Co., Ltd., as well as audits for Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Suzhou Industrial Park Jinji Lake Hotel Group Development Co., Ltd., Suzhou Industrial Park C&W Group Development Co., Ltd., among others.
