Mr. Zhong has extensive experience in serving high-tech enterprises, international taxation and transfer pricing, as well as financial standardization and tax consulting for enterprises prior to listing. He has assisted numerous high-tech enterprises in formulating tax planning strategies and implementing operational tactics, providing services to more than 80 high-tech enterprises; he has led the preparation of transfer pricing contemporaneous documentation for over 100 companies and headed anti-avoidance consultation and negotiations with tax authorities for 6 enterprises. His key clients include Huxin Electronics Co., Ltd., Shanda Games, Asahi Kasei Group, Safran Group, Unimicron Technology Corporation, United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc.
