1、Selected by the People's Court of Changshu City to serve as the liquidator in the case of Lin Fangqing v. Changshu Kailai Industry Co., Ltd. and Dai Xiaoming (Company Dissolution Dispute). This case is Guiding Case No. 8 issued by the Supreme People's Court. The case was concluded with a shareholder settlement and the withdrawal of the lawsuit by Lin Fangqing.2、Conducted an audit of the consolidated net assets and consolidated liabilities of Suzhou Dadi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, resolving the massive creditor recourse crisis arising from the company's sale of shops without property rights.
3、Entrusted by the People's Court of Zhangjiagang City to audit the net assets of three venture capital companies, including Jiangsu Xinrong Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
4、Entrusted by the People's Court of Wuzhong District, Suzhou City to conduct an audit in the joint venture contract dispute between Suzhou Baotuo Forging Co., Ltd. and Zhenguang Forging Co., Ltd. of Wuzhong District, Suzhou City. The audit covered the assets invested by both parties in the joint venture, the profit and loss situation during the joint venture period, and the current status of assets.
5、Entrusted by the People's Court of Huqiu District, Suzhou City to conduct an audit in the equity transfer dispute between Suzhou Baoxin Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. and Yuan Rongmin. The purpose was to determine the specific compensation amount for the performance commitment made by Yuan Rongmin at the time of Baoxin's merger and acquisition, effectively safeguarding the rights and interests of the debtor.
