As the Asia Pacific Regional Finance Director of a Fortune Global 500 company, she led the implementation of financial systems and internal control frameworks and oversaw internal audits, receiving multiple commendations from the U.S. headquarters. As a partner, she leads the Welsen Consulting Group Overseas Team in Australia, achieving millions of Australian dollars in tax savings annually for clients during the yearly tax return season. She has also successfully designed and established family funds for high-net-worth families, effectively mitigating unnecessary tax burdens, balancing family members' expectations of family wealth, and ensuring sustained wealth growth. Meanwhile, she leads the Welsen Consulting Group Malaysia Team in providing comprehensive one-stop services for Australian and Chinese enterprises investing in Singapore and Malaysia, earning high comments from clients.
