With more than 20 years of experience in engineering cost consulting, he excels in engineering cost estimation, budgeting, final account settlement and other related work. He has been in charge of the preliminary estimate, audit, base bid formulation, reexamination and whole-process cost management for many major projects in Suzhou, including the Harmony Star project, the International College of Renmin University of China in Dushu Lake Higher Education Town, Suzhou International Expo Center, the No.1 Commercial Office Building of Taicang Port, Building 41 of Jinshu International Apartment, the civil engineering of the Nano Technology Incubation Base (Phase VII) of the Science and Technology Park, the civil engineering of Sino-Singapore Eco Building in Suzhou Industrial Park, and the construction of Line 2, Line 4, Line 5 and their branch lines.
